Présentation

Elizabeth is a writer, creative facilitator and long-time journal keeper with a background in art and design. She has worked across a range of creative areas, including visual merchandising, stained-glass design, interiors and storytelling. Writing has always been a constant in her work, helping her make sense of things and discover what lies beneath the surface.

She believes in the magic of pen to paper and the power of reflection as a creative act. Through her journaling practice, Write at the Shoreline, she offers thoughtful, welcoming spaces for people to pause, reflect and reconnect with themselves through words. Her approach is relaxed and supportive, using simple prompts to help people start without overthinking.

Set in the creative environment of CCA Galleries International, this session encourages participants to respond to the artworks around them and use them as inspiration for their own writing. It’s about noticing, responding and exploring where the writing leads.

No writing experience is needed — just a willingness to show up and begin.

Refreshments will be available.

Please bring a journal and your favourite pen.
